• Public URL: trades.yourevenings.com/status.html (token-gated).
• Refresh: 30 sec auto.
• Monitoring cron: aa4111a7-c9f2-460f-b8a9-1e1e37ec847b (every 15 min).
• Alert mode: state-change only (no flap noise).

All secrets are in env var references only in this wiki — see Credentials (refs). The actual values live in the workspace .env files (gitignored) and Cloudflare / Vapi / Twilio dashboards.
