Outcome codes

  • NA โ€” no answer
  • VM โ€” went to voicemail (left the standard one)
  • BO โ€” brush-off (within first 30 seconds)
  • CONV โ€” got into the conversation
  • INT โ€” interested, follow-up needed
  • YES โ€” trial agreed, captured for setup
  • OPTOUT โ€” asked not to be contacted again (DO NOT redial)
