Polly US — Healthcare audit (dormant)¶
The original US deployment. On ice while UK trades pilot runs. Kept here for context only.
What it was¶
Polly the audit caller — she'd call US medical practices, run a 10-minute mini-audit ("free time audit"), and hand the result back to Matt for the full $999 Audit pitch. Niche: Charlotte NC medical practices.

Why dormant¶
- US healthcare niche was a long sales cycle and 0 bookings over the 7-day push (Jun 7-10 2026, 19 warm clickers).
- UK trades is much shorter cycle, smaller ticket, faster cash. We pivoted.
What's still useful¶
- The bridge service that powers UK Polly is the same bridge that powered US Polly — see Bridge service.
- The cold-call escalation logic and area-code routing live in
bridge/src/cold-call.js. - All prior US prompt variants are in Prompt library — useful when we revive vertical-specific flows.
If we revive it¶
- Twilio account is still active.
- Stripe live mode is approved (the $999 Audit checkout flow is wired and tested end-to-end).
- Cal.com booking page cal.com/your-evenings/audit is still live.
- The site at yourevenings.com still pitches the US Audit.
Decision gate to revive: only if UK trades hits >£3K MRR and we have capacity to run a second motion.
