How to do the operational things. Read once, follow exactly when the moment comes.

Most-used (in order of frequency)

  1. Onboard a new pilot — when Katie books a YES → live customer in <1 day
  2. Forward a number — the 4 UK codes + per-network notes
  3. Status & monitoring — dashboard, alerts, what "skipped" means
  4. Deploys — wiki, bridge, status site

When something breaks

Check Status & monitoring first. State-change alerts mean we only ping on actual failures — if you see a red, it's real.

If Polly UK number is dead:

  1. Dial +44 7488 896189 from your mobile. If you hear silence/error, escalate to Matt immediately.
  2. Vapi dashboard → assistant Polly UK — Trades v2 → check "Phone Numbers" tab is bound.
  3. Twilio Console → number PN366f9a3cf48dd4622f2b74803be362a6 → check forwarding/SIP config not changed.
  4. Bridge https://bridge.yourevenings.com/health → expect 200 JSON.
