Daily checklist

Start of day (20 min before dialling)

  • Read The Pitch and Objections out loud once.
  • Build today's prospect list — 40 leads in the Call Log using Prospecting.
  • Check the Polly UK number is alive: dial +44 7488 896189 from your own phone — hear Polly answer.
  • Glass of water. Pen + notebook for live notes.

During dialling

  • Window 1: 08:00–09:00 — first ~15 dials.
  • Window 2: 12:00–13:00 — next ~15 dials.
  • Window 3: 16:30–18:00 — last ~15 dials.
  • Tick every dial in the call log in the moment — not at the end.
  • If you get a YES, hand off to Matt within 30 minutes (see Setup after a YES).

End of day (10 min)

  • Send Matt the daily snapshot (template in Call Log).
  • Flag any objection you got more than twice.
  • Flag any prospect that asked something the script doesn't cover.
  • Note any voicemails to redial tomorrow morning (not today, not the same hour).

Weekly rhythm

Day Focus
Mon High-volume dialling. Test the morning version of the script.
Tue Highest pickup day for trades. Push for trials.
Wed Mid-week — follow up on Monday voicemails.
Thu Trials going live — check in with Matt on day-1 calls for each pilot.
Fri Half-day dialling. Send Matt the week's summary.

Hard rules

  • Don't dial 09:30–11:30 — trades are on the tools, you'll get voicemail.
  • Don't dial after 18:00 — they're home, they'll resent it.
  • Don't dial weekends for the first month — we want positive first impressions.
  • Don't redial the same VM the same day — wait 24h.
  • Don't argue an objection past two attempts — log it, thank them, move on.
