Discovery — 3 questions, max. Listen, don't pitch.

1. When you're on the tools and the phone goes — does it
   go to voicemail, or do you just lose it?

2. Roughly how many calls a week do you reckon you miss?

3. And a job like that — boiler, callout, board change —
   what's that worth to you on average?

Now you've got their number. 3 missed calls a week × £150 = £450/week walking out the door. Use their figure back at them.

Pitch

Right — so you're losing maybe [their number] jobs a week
just to a missed phone. Here's what I do.

I give you an AI receptionist on your number. When you can't
pick up, it answers — proper voice, not a robot menu — asks
what the job is, the address, how urgent, gets their number,
and texts the whole lot straight to you. You ring them back
when you're free, job booked.
