The 30-second mindset

  • Best dial windows: weekdays 8–9am, 12–1pm, 4:30–6pm. Trades are on the tools mid-morning/afternoon — they pick up early, lunch, or end of day. Don't call 9:30–11:30; you'll only get voicemail.
  • Target: 15 dials → 2 real conversations → 1 free trial set up. One trial live = the pilot's working.
  • Don't overthink each lead. 60-second qualification, then dial. The phone is the filter.
  • You're not selling AI. You're selling "never lose a job to a missed call." Lead with the pain, not the tech.
