ICP — Who to call¶
The perfect prospect (dial these first)¶
- ✅ UK trade — plumber, electrician, gas engineer, boiler repair, locksmith, drainage, roofer, decorator, plasterer, handyman, k+b fitter, landscaper.
- ✅ Sole trader or 1-3 vans — owner answers his own phone. Can say yes himself in one call.
- ✅ Mobile number (07…) shown publicly — not a landline / 0800.
- ✅ Recent Google reviews within ~3 months — active business, has cash, gets calls.
- ✅ A simple website or detailed Google profile — cares about getting work.
- ✅ "Emergency" / "24hr" / "callout" in name or description — missed-call pain is their daily reality.
The disqualifiers (skip)¶
- ❌ 20+ vans, big firms with switchboards — receptionist already exists, longer sales cycle.
- ❌ Landline only — likely a back-office that already triages calls.
- ❌ No reviews in the last year — dormant or closed in practice.
- ❌ "Temporarily closed" on Google — obvious.
- ❌ Franchise (Pimlico, Aspect, etc.) — central call centre handles it.

Geography¶
UK only. Any town. Local prefixes (you sound local) help — pick towns you can name without thinking. London suburbs, Home Counties, and major regional cities (Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham, Bristol, Glasgow, Edinburgh) are the densest.
Volume target¶
