Matt taps Approve in the audit email → bridge auto-provisions in ~60s (clones Polly, buys dedicated UK number, sends trade's welcome SMS)
Trade taps the two vCard links in the SMS → saves "Polly ON" / "Polly OFF" as iPhone contacts → taps "Polly ON" → 5-second forward activated
Verify — someone rings the trade, doesn't pick up → Polly answers in ~5s → job-handoff SMS lands on the trade's phone within 20s
