2026-06-22 — Pilots dashboard, call log, daily digest, wiki audit¶

New Pilots dashboard at bridge.yourevenings.com/pilots — live ops view of every pilot, every call, every flag.
Persistent call log — every Polly call now writes to /data/calls.json on the bridge with seven auto-computed quality flags (missing_callback, no_job, short_call, etc.). Survives the 14-day Vapi retention cliff.
Daily digest cron 39e7d26e at 07:00 UTC / 08:00 BST — Telegram message to Matt with yesterday's calls per pilot. Silent on zero-call days.
Inbound SMS to Katie's sales number: auto-reply copy switched from "book a 10-min time audit" (leftover US Audit copy) to "we'll get back to you". Now also emails Matt + Katie with full message + sender details on every inbound.
Voicemail greeting on Katie's number: "Hi, you've reached YourEvenings. Leave your name and number and we'll get back to you." (was a longer pre-launch script).
New wiki section: Pilots (live ops) with quality-flag reference + improvement-loop process.
Wiki audit pass: onboard-pilot.md, trial-setup.md, infra/bridge.md rewritten to reflect the automated provisioning + vCard delivery + 5-second timer + webhook on bridge (locked yesterday).

vCard SMS template replaces the old tel: link template. Welcome SMS now sends two .vcf download links (polly-on.vcf, polly-off.vcf) hosted on the bridge.
**61*<num>**5# (5-second no-answer) is the new Polly ON code. Beats carrier voicemail on every UK network.
Vapi end-of-call webhook moved to bridge.yourevenings.com/vapi-webhook — the old endpoint on trades.yourevenings.com was being blocked by Cloudflare Access.
SMS-to-trade job handoff is now live. When Polly hangs up, the trade gets an SMS within ~20 seconds with caller name + address + callback + urgency + job + recording URL.
4 test pilots torn down (Twilio numbers released, Vapi clones deleted, provision records wiped). Base assistant + Katie's SIP setup preserved.

Chronological log of changes to the YE stack. Newest first.

Bridge gained /api/provision-pilot/* endpoints. One-click approval email → bridge buys a UK Twilio number, clones Polly with token substitution, binds the number, SMSes the trade their forwarding codes.
Apps Script v2 (Call Log Sheet) gets a 🚀 YE Provision menu. Katie clicks Send active row to Matt for approval after a YES; Matt taps Approve in email; ~30s later it's live and the YE number flows back into the Sheet.

MkDocs Material on Cloudflare Pages (wiki.yourevenings.com), behind Cloudflare Access (Matt + Katie, email PIN).
Karpathy-style private LLM-maintained wiki: Pete (the agent) writes, Matt + Katie read.
Embedded Google Sheet Call Log + status dashboard inside the wiki so Katie has one URL on Monday.

bridge.yourevenings.com/status.html now embedded in the wiki at Infra → Status dashboard.
Plan: put trades.yourevenings.com behind the same Cloudflare Access policy as the wiki (manual dashboard step) so the URL is no longer security-by-token-obscurity.

Vapi transient timeouts were showing as yellow in monitoring → noise. Now suppressed to skipped (silent). State-change-only alerts.
Deployed to bridge + status site. Verified across 3 days of green polls.

Vega (strategist agent) permanently on Claude Opus 4.8. Manual Fable 5 (Mythos) probe only — blocked since US gov directive 2026-06-12.
